Rebecca I. Allen

Rebecca I. Allen, age 59, of Loogootee, Indiana, passed away peacefully and suddenly at her home on February 15, 2021. Rebecca Allen was born on May 19, 1961 in Shelbyville, Kentucky, to George and Hellen (Baker) Rodgers. Rebecca married Michael Allen on July 20, 1990 and he survives. She is survived by one son, Charles (Heidi) Crump of Vincennes; one daughter, Trinka (Christopher) York of Paoli; grandchildren, Austin Farren, Ethan Crump, Cody Crump, Charly Crump, Thomas York, Jonah York, Erin York and Bryce Wildman; two sisters, Ruth (Dale) Nash of Vincennes and Kathy Jones of Shelbyville, Kentucky; two brothers, Scott (Dawn) Rodgers of Vincennes and Wayne (Shirley) Rodgers of Lewiston, Maine. Several nieces and nephews also survive. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister Sheila M. Richie; one grandchild, Gertrude Caitlyn Jewel Bilskie Crump; one nephew, Joseph L. Allen; and one sister in law, Lora Allen. A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Queen-Lee Chapel of the Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes has been entrusted with the arrangements.
